NOTE: Shuttle buses are available for travel between the conference venue and the hotel. The trip takes 20 minutes.

Cancellations made within one week of the reserved date may incur a charge.
Lodging fees must be paid to the Nishitetsu Travel. The guest should pay these charges using the payment method provided by Nishitetsu Travel before the conference. A receipt will be issued upon request.
on the afternoon of December 9th, shuttle buses will be running about every two hours between Fukuoka Airport and Hakata Station and the venue. Individuals wishing to take one of these buses should send an email to the AZEC office indicating their flight or train name/number and time of arrival at the airport or station. Interested persons will be advised of the meeting place and time.
